即使在很短的距離內(nèi)，大型設(shè)備的負(fù)載電流也可以在其與地電勢(shì)之間產(chǎn)生變化，或者通過(guò)電磁作用直接產(chǎn)生不可預(yù)知的電流。在不正確的接地點(diǎn)的電源之間，電路中有可能產(chǎn)生毀滅性的電流， 以至于破壞設(shè)備。

PLC系統(tǒng)一般選用一點(diǎn)接地方式。為了提高抗共模干擾能力，對(duì)于模擬信號(hào)可以采用屏蔽浮地技術(shù)，即信號(hào)電纜的屏蔽層一點(diǎn)接地，信號(hào)回路浮空，與大地絕緣電阻應(yīng)不小于50MΩ。

線間電容避免誤動(dòng)作

電纜的各導(dǎo)線間都存在電容，合格的電纜能把此容值限制在范圍之內(nèi)。即使是合格的電纜，當(dāng)電纜長(zhǎng)度超過(guò)長(zhǎng)度時(shí)，各線間的電容容值也會(huì)超過(guò)所要求的值，當(dāng)把此電纜用于PLC輸入時(shí)，線間電容就有可能引起PLC的誤動(dòng)作，會(huì)出現(xiàn)許多無(wú)法理解的現(xiàn)象。

這些現(xiàn)象主要表現(xiàn)為：明接線正確，但PLC卻沒(méi)有輸入；PLC應(yīng)該有的輸入沒(méi)有，而不應(yīng)該有的卻有，即PLC輸入互相干擾。為解決這一問(wèn)題
